Vancouver Monks starter Katsuyoshi Ikarashi brought his best stuff to Field of the 911s against the Reno 911s, striking out 15 batters in his club's 4-1 victory.

"I felt good out there," he said after the game. "My fastball had a lot of life and my cutter was sharp. It was giving hitters fits and working well for me."
