Reno 911s pitcher Steve Todd blanked the Hilo Islanders 6-0 at Rottweilers Ballpark today, tossing a 5-hitter while issuing 2 walks and collecting 8 strikeouts.

After his sharp shutout performance, he shared credit with the rest of the club.

"I was just locked in out there and some of that is due to having a catcher who has such a great feel for hitters," Todd said. "I couldn't do what I did without all the guys out there today."
