The Edwards AFB Jets pulled out all the stops tonight, winning the Round 3 in a hard-fought series with the Amarillo Thunder.

It was a seesaw affair, but with a 8-2 victory at Ballpark of Vallejo, Edwards AFB lay claim to the franchise's 6th championship.

"There's no denying we faced a tough opponent," said Michihiro Seki. "But as the old saying goes, 'when the going gets tough, the tough get going,' and that's what we did today."

The champs finished the regular season 105-39 and claimed first place in the Pacific A Pacific South.

A victory parade is set to be schedule in Edwards AFB in the days to come.
