Fireballs Clip Pelicans 4-3 in WCS Contest
The Phoenix Fireballs topped the New Orleans Pelicans by the score of 4-3 and moved into a 2-2 tie in the Wild Card Series today. The largest share of the credit belongs to Phoenix starter Kyle Arnold, who threw 5.2 innings allowing 3 runs in the win.

Peter Love, the Phoenix second baseman, contributed a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fifth inning to make the score 4-2, Fireballs. For the game, Love was 1 for 4.

Love said afterward that the win gets the team one step closer to its goal.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Pyro Center in Phoenix.
