PCL AAA Awards Outstanding Pitcher Trophy Tuesday, October 15th , 2013 Justin O'Brien has done something few relievers ever do -- win the Pacific AAA Outstanding Pitcher Award. Today the Edmonton reliever got the news on the heels of his spectacular 2013 season. He tossed 166 innings as he put up a 8-5 record and 16 saves. O'Brien also compiled a 1.52 ERA and collected 293 strikeouts as he held opponents to a .153 batting average. He received 23 first place votes out of a possible 24. Kade Brady of the Santa Barbara Foresters finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Bob Hubbard of the Anaheim Mice finished third.
