Rich Encarnación of the Sioux City Indians proved the point at Norfolk Grounds, holding the Waco Branch Davidians to 3 hits in a complete game shutout victory. "Encarnación made us look real bad today," Branch Davidians manager said in a postgame interview. "He was outstanding. He was down in the zone with all his pitches. Everything was sinking."
