No Playoff Berth Coming for Sioux City Monday, August 10th , 2015 The Sioux City Indians can give up their playoff chase and focus on simply winning some games, because today it became official that they have been mathematically eliminated from postseason contention. Sioux City last appeared in the postseason in 2011. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 48 times in their 53-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Indians have missed the playoffs 8 times. |
