Olson of Riverside PCL AAA's Premier Player Monday, August 31st , 2015 It was a marvelous week for Mason Olson of the Riverside Firebolts. Not only did he ring up 2 wins, he also captured Pacific AAA Player of the Week honors. Olson fashioned a standout 0.50 ERA, 2-0 won-lost mark and held opponents to a .143 batting average while striking out 21 in 18 innings. In 24 starts this season, Olson has gathered 6 wins while suffering 10 losses. He has pitched 172.2 innings, allowed 139 hits, struck out 214 and has a 3.02 ERA. |
