Adams Deals Chords 6-0 Shutout Friday, August 29th , 2014 In an outstanding outing, Baton Rouge Red Sticks starter Will Adams tamed the Austin Chords with a 5-hit shutout at Baton Rouge Grounds today. The Baton Rouge hurler went the distance, finishing with 12 strikeouts and 2 walks in the 6-0 win. "He had a lot of first-pitch strikes and kept us off balance with a lot of off-speed stuff," according to Austin manager . "We just didn't get too many balls squared up today."
