Ángel Orosco Hurls No-No Against Wichita Wednesday, June 8th , 2016 The Waco Branch Davidians relied on no-hit stuff from starter Ángel Orosco to defeat the Wichita Aviators, 1-0, at Waco Grounds. "It's quite a thrill," Orosco told the media afterward. "This is a top-notch league. A no-hitter against any team in the league is something special. I can't believe I did it." To get his name logged in the Pioneer AAA records, he stopped Wichita cold and hitless, surrendering 5 walks and fanning 11 of the 31 batters he faced. Waco manager was in a jovial mode after the game, kidding with reporters that Orosco "made managing easy today." "I didn't have hardly any decisions to make like I usually do," he said.
