Sioux City Blanks Hooks, Taylor at His Best Saturday, June 11th , 2016 Sioux City's Billy Taylor brought his best stuff to Ballpark of Tulsa, shutting down and shutting out the Corpus Christi Hooks, 1-0. He racked up 8 strikeouts, surrendered 3 hits, and issued 2 walks on his way to the victory. "We barely made him work at all," Corpus Christi manager said later. "Sioux City could probably pitch him again tomorrow if they wanted." So far this year, Taylor has made 13 starts, tossed 94 innings, struck out 95 batters and walked 26.
