He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the Cowboys, 4-0. "There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Steele said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again." The right-hander blanked Amarillo on a 2-hitter, allowing 2 walks and racking up 11 strikeouts.
