Thompson Guns Downs 15 Branch Davidians Friday, July 8th , 2016 St. Paul got the best of the Waco Branch Davidians at Saints Ballpark. They won the game, 5-3, behind the fine pitching of Roger Thompson, who totaled 15 strikeouts in a sensational outing. Thompson notched the victory by holding the Branch Davidians to 10 hits, while giving up no walks. To date this season, Thompson sports a 11-5 mark with a 2.72 ERA in 18 starting assignments.
