Rojas Twirls 2-0 Shutout for Oaks Friday, July 17th , 2015 César Rojas of the Visalia Oaks overwhelmed the Walla Walla Wanderers and walked off the mound with a complete-game shutout. He blanked them, 2-0, on 3 hits with a total of 7 strikeouts and 4 walks. "César was on quite a roll," Visalia manager said. "He gets great late movement and he doesn't give in to the hitters."
