PCLA's Top Hitter Selected Saturday, August 1st , 2015 José Bianchetti put together a good July to earn the Pacific A Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Folsom officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Blues second baseman posted a .277 batting average with 5 home runs, 17 RBIs and 19 runs scored. So far in 2015 Bianchetti is batting .220 with 13 home runs, 38 RBIs and 52 runs scored. He has 75 hits in 341 at-bats and a .322 OBP. |
