Godfrey Wins PA's Best Bat Trophy Tuesday, September 1st , 2015 Dan Godfrey is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Boise shortstop joined that select company when the Pioneer A announced the results of August's voting. Godfrey totaled 26 hits, 25 walks, 4 home runs, 17 RBIs and 22 runs scored last month to put together a .286 batting average and .444 on-base percentage. Godfrey is hitting .241 for the season with 12 home runs, 49 RBIs and 73 runs scored. He has 107 hits in 444 at-bats and played in 130 games. |
