Anderson Dominates, Whitewashes Aguilas Rojas Wednesday, August 20th , 2014 The Alamogordo Broncos did little to support starter Sidney Anderson against the Ciuded Juarez Aguilas Rojas, but it turned out he didn't need the help. The left-hander spun a complete game shutout against the Aguilas Rojas, striking out 5 and surrendering 4 hits. The performance from Anderson allowed Alamogordo to escape with the 3-0 win despite an anemic offense. "Nobody came to me and said 'Sidney, we're gonna need you to win this one for us today,' but I could feel it," Anderson told BNN reporters following the win.
