After leading the Alamogordo Broncos to victory, 2-0, and tossing a no-hitter over the Grand Junction Green Mesas, Irving Díaz didn't have the answer. "I don't know," Díaz said. "To do what I did today, I'm pretty sure it takes both." On his big day at Dazzle Ballpark, Díaz fanned 16 and had 3 walks. And it seemed that when the Green Mesas managed to hit the ball hard, it went right at a defender. "That's how you get a no-hitter," Díaz said with a smile. "A lot of skill mixed with a little luck."
