PA Honors Grand Junction First Baseman Monday, May 30th , 2016 Jesús Gonzáles demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the Pioneer A Player of the Week Award. The Grand Junction first baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .471 average (8-for-17) with 3 home runs and 4 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. To date this season, Gonzáles is hitting .272 with 11 home runs. |
