Lucas Grabs PCLA Best Batter Award for May Wednesday, June 1st , 2016 For a rookie just breaking in, Tim Lucas certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the PCLA Batter of the Month award for May. The 26-year-old first baseman for the Salem Senators hit .281 with 13 home runs, 26 RBIs and 15 runs scored. This season, Lucas has 18 home runs and a .258 batting average. |
