Martínez at His Best, Blanks Delacroix Sunday, June 12th , 2016 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Delacroix Tangled Blues as starter Mario Martínez shut them out, 1-0, at Tangled Blues Ballpark. The Brainerd pitcher struck out 7 and walked 2 while allowing 2 hits. "Martínez was good but he wasn't flawless," Delacroix manager said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Brainerd, but this is on us."
