Stinson Fires Shutout in Eureka Victory Monday, July 4th , 2016 Scott Stinson dominated the Visalia Oaks with a brilliant 4-hit shutout in the 1-0 Eureka Redwoods triumph at Ballpark of Eureka. The Eureka hurler fanned 5 and walked 5 in the game and was singled out for praise afterward by the opposing manager. "He really kept us in check today," Oaks skipper said in postgame comments. "Everything looked to be moving. Seemed like the pitch was right down the middle and it went over down and away. We took some pathetic swings."
