Thomas 5-for-5 for Fireballs Thursday, September 5th , 2013 Don Thomas really sizzled at the plate in today's 6-1 win over Seals. The PHX-R center fielder blistered SF-R for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Thomas was too tough to get out today," the Seals skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Don Thomas singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, doubled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. Thomas is currently batting .257 with 4 home runs, 31 RBIs and 57 runs scored.
