#1 Pitcher Trophy Won by Owls Miller Monday, October 19th , 2015 Roger Miller had a spectacular year for SJ-R in 2015, putting up 10 wins for the Owls to walk away with the BSBL R1 Pitcher of the Year Award trophy. He finished the season with a 10-7 mark, 123 strikeouts and a 1.63 ERA. In 23 starts Miller surrendered 91 hits and 31 walks in 148.2 innings on the mound. He received 24 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Carlos López of the SNB-R Stallions finished second in voting, while Rod Allison of the SNB-R Stallions finished third.
