Rowe Tosses No-Hitter Against OAK-R Thursday, June 2nd , 2016 In a brilliant performance at Shockers Grove, SLC-R pitcher Jason Rowe entered an elite group by tossing a no-hitter against the OAK-R Acorns. In the effort, he fanned 6 and walked 5, leading the Locusts to victory, 3-0. "I was getting my off-speed stuff over so they couldn't sit on the fastball," Rowe said in the clubhouse after the game. "My guys made some nice plays behind me and cut off several hits, too." So far this season, Rowe has 2 wins and 2 losses and a 3.32 ERA. View Boxscore |
