The 22-year-old PHX-R Fireballs center fielder nabbed BSBL R1 Player of the Week honors today after beating up on opposing pitchers all last week. Hill's hot streak featured 8 hits in 16 at-bats, 5 home runs, 7 RBIs, 7 runs scored and a .500 average. This season, Hill has posted a batting average of .298 with 37 hits in 124 at-bats, 11 home runs and 24 RBIs. He has also scored 21 runs, walked 29 times and compiled a .447 OBP. |
