Castillo Awarded June's R1 Top Bat Prize Friday, July 1st , 2016 Jorge Castillo has a lot going for him. The SNB-R catcher just broke into the majors this year and now the BSBL R1 has just picked him as its top hitter for June. In 23 games last month this outstanding rookie batted .432 with 13 home runs, 32 RBIs and 25 runs scored. For the year, Castillo has hit .397 with 20 home runs, 52 RBIs and scored 43 runs. |
