Murphy Guns Downs 15 Indians Monday, April 27th , 2015 Led by an outstanding performance from starter Bennett Murphy, the St. Paul Saints topped the Sioux City Indians by a score of 7-3 at Saints Ballpark. The 30-year-old Murphy brought his top game to the mound, striking out 15 batters while allowing 7 hits and giving up 3 walks. "He made a lot of good pitches out there," Indians manager said. "He made some of our guys look bad. We didn't help matters, but we really have to give him credit -- he didn't make many mistakes." This season, Murphy has compiled a 3-1 mark with a 2.85 ERA.
