PCLA Player of the Week Awarded Monday, May 4th , 2015 It was a fantastic week for Eureka center fielder Drake Smith and it was capped off today with the announcement that he was named the winner of the Pacific A Player of the Week Award. Last week Smith hammered the ball at a torrid .600 pace, going 9-for-15 with 3 home runs, 4 RBIs and 7 runs scored. In 25 games Smith is hitting .267 this season with 20 hits, 5 home runs, 8 RBIs, 19 walks, .427 OBP and has scored 20 runs. |
