Injury Sidelines Terry Daniels For Year
Friday, September 4th , 2015
The doctors have spoken and Terry Daniels of the Folsom Blues didn't like what he heard. The 23-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Daniels sustained his season-ending injury during the Medicine Hat Pills game yesterday at Ballpark of Medicine Hat. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Folsom medical staff reported Daniels had a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be absent from the lineup for at least 6 months.
For the season, Daniels has compiled a 0-0 record with a 1.59 ERA.
