Handbaskets Dominate, Sweep Round 1 Friday, August 22nd , 2014 Álex Peña said he expected the Round 1 to be "a battle from start to finish." In the end, it was nothing more than a minor skirmish, as the Helena Handbaskets encountered little resistance in sweeping the Cheyenne Big Horn, to advance to the Round 2. "It may have been a sweep, but it still was a tough series," said Peña. Helena won the final game by a 6-3 count and were led in the series by Peña, who was named MVP. On the series, he hit .571 with 2 home runs. He also drove in 4 RBI and scored 3 runs. The Helena Handbaskets will play against the Duluth Dukes in the next round.
