Jacks Upend Fireballs, 7-6

The Kansas City Jacks downed the Phoenix Fireballs, 7-6. The hitting star was second baseman Tom Gary. Gary went 4-5 with a double and 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Jacks. Carlos Caro notched his 2nd save in 2 chances. The winning streak has now reached 7 games for the Jacks.
Gary had a game-changing double in the top of the sixth. On a 1-2 fastball from Will Madden, he banged a 2-run double to left-center, giving the Jacks a 7-5 lead. It was the 50th double of the year for Gary.
"Winning is contagious," said Gary. "We're looking forward to the next game."
