Ine Lifts Millers to 11-4 Triumph
Hisashi Ine impressed in the 11-4 Minneapolis win over Homer. Ine, who is tied for 7th in the PL with a .620 slugging percentage, went 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 3 and driving in 3. The Millers, now 7-14, have not found much traction so far in 2016.

Rodrigo Méndez had a big 2-run home run for the Millers in the bottom of the first inning. With Minneapolis trailing 2-1 and a runner on 2nd, he sized up a cutter from 36-year old right-handed pitcher Michael Crawford and punished it. The result was his 3rd home run of the season, which put the Millers on top, 3-2.
