Franks Selected Top Player

It was a sweet day for Pat Franks of the Seattle Rainiers, who found out he has been named the Pacific Coast League Player of the Week.
The Rainiers left fielder put up a solid .526 average and contributed 3 home runs and 6 RBIs to claim the honors.
Franks is hitting .243 so far this season with 34 RBIs and 40 runs scored. He has 45 hits including 10 home runs, 48 walks and .398 OBP.
