Wang Propels Ironhorse to 10-3 Win
The Sacramento Ironhorse beat the San Diego Breakers, 10-3, at Ironhorse Stadium. The Ironhorse got a fine performance from catcher Tso-lin Wang, who was 4-5 with a home run and 2 triples. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5. Edward López got the win, improving to 2-2. He pitched 5.1 innings, giving up 9 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 5 and walking 0. The Ironhorse, now 23-16, know that wins in May count the same as wins in September.

With Sacramento trailing 2-1 in the bottom of the fifth, Wang hit a fastball from Bobby McCarthy for a 3-run home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Ironhorse ahead, 4-2.

"We'll take some time to unwind," said Wang, "and then get after it again."
