Peck Helps Pelicans Win, 7-1, with Pair of Homers
Scott Peck had an impact in the 7-1 New Orleans win over Austin. The fan favorite belted 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. The second-place Pelicans are 20-18.

With New Orleans leading 2-0 in the bottom of the first, Peck hit a fastball from Jon Martínez for a grand slam home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Pelicans ahead, 6-0.

Peck told a New Orleans Daily News reporter that he was "gratified" with the win.
