The Mexico City Aztecs and San Bernardino Stallions played an exciting game.

The Mexico City Aztecs grabbed a win, 4-2, over the San Bernardino Stallions at Estadio Tenochtitlan. Mexico City right fielder Rob Wright went 3-4 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The winner in relief was Mike Brown. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. He now owns a record of 5-5.

Wright had a game-changing double in the bottom of the seventh. On a 2-2 slider from Phil Prosser, he banged a 2-run double to right, giving the Aztecs a 4-2 lead. It was the 21st double of the year for Wright.

Wright called the win a test of his team's "mettle."

The Aztecs improved their record to 58-72 by beating San Bernardino.
