The Ironhorse grabbed a win, 3-2, at Sick's Stadium, overcoming a fine effort from Seattle pitcher Martín Sánchez. Sánchez went 7.2 innings and allowed 3 runs. Sam Neal, now 1-1, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.1 innings. Earning his 1st save of the year was Pedro Ortíz.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Tso-lin Wang? The four-time All-Star Wang stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the eighth inning to put Sacramento up, 3-2. For the game, he was 2 for 3, including 1 double and 1 single.

"I was seeing the ball well tonight," said Wang.

With the win, Sacramento climbs to 4-2.
