García Lifts Stallions to 12-10 Triumph
The San Bernardino Stallions defeated the Los Angeles Angels, 12-10. Doing his part was catcher Carl García, who went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. San Bernardino reliever Tom Moore picked up the win, upping his record to 1-4. Jared Jones absorbed the loss. The save went to Chris Thompson, his 5th this season.

An inflection point occurred with one out in the bottom of the fifth. That's when Stallions shortstop Won-u Cho hit a curveball from Jared Jones for a 2-run single. Just like that, San Bernardino was up, 9-8.

"Glad to see the fans get into it," said Cho.

Despite the win, the Stallions have a lousy 24-60 record.
