Lorenzo Morales never let Austin get something going. The Las Vegas right-hander commanded his fastball in pitching the Strip to a 5-1 win. The Strip now have a record of 22-63.

Las Vegas used a clutch at-bat from Alejandro Crespo to capture the win. The left fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Strip ahead, 2-1. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"I just trusted my stuff," said Morales.
