Ernesto Rivera pitched well, but the Minneapolis Millers still lost the game, falling, 1-0, to the Homer Yetis at Bombers Ballpark. Picking up his 1st save was 29-year old right-handed pitcher Roy Roberts. The loss drops Minneapolis to 4-6.

Homer took a 1-0 lead on José Molina's 1st double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Molina hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Minneapolis pitcher Ernesto Rivera visibly frustrated.
