Big Day for Ruíz in 10-4 Jacks Win
A good performance from right fielder Mike Ruíz helped the Kansas City Jacks defeat the Las Vegas Strip, 10-4. Ruíz went 4 for 5 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 2 for the Jacks. The winner was Xu-gang Lau, who threw 99 pitches over 6.2 innings. The right-hander was charged with 4 runs on 6 hits. The Strip fall to 4-6 and continue their wobbly start to the 2016 season.

Joe Craig helped out the Kansas City cause in the bottom of the third inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the catcher drew 1 walk.
