The home squad pulled out a thrilling walk-off win.

Minneapolis Millers starter Darwin McCoy found his groove in his team's 4-3 win over the New Orleans Pelicans. McCoy, who is tied for 5th in the PL in complete games with 1, went the distance for Minneapolis. He gave up 3 runs on 4 hits.

José Vásquez was the walk-off hero for Minneapolis. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Millers right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We came out on the wrong end of this one," said New Orleans skipper Day Breaker.

With the win over New Orleans, the Millers improved to 50-58.
