Beavers Deal Acorns 4-2 Loss

The game ended in walk-off fashion, much to the delight of the home crowd.
Portland turned a fine outing from starter Arthur Bailey into a victory over the Oakland Acorns at Oakland Ball Park. The final score was 4-2 in 10 innings. With the win, the Beavers sit at 60-51.
Pedro Savino III came through with a big-time hit for Portland. The pinch hitter smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the tenth inning to give his team the lead, 4-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
"Our team showed some spunk," said Savino III.
