The Hollywood Stars weathered an outstanding game by San Bernardino left fielder Tom Huff to topple the Stallions, 7-6. Huff went 2 for 4 with a home run, a triple, and a walk, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. David Allen, who is tied for 4th in the CL in saves with 20, picked up the win in relief. Jason Gore took the loss for San Bernardino. The loss makes San Bernardino 33-78.

Tom Gary delivered a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the ninth to win it for the Stars. For the game, Gary was 2 for 4 with a double and a walk.

"This game had its share of tense moments," Gary said, postgame.
