There aren't many who could be pro ballplayers and there are even fewer who could put up 5 hits in a day.

Ángel Barrón is one of those rare few, as he went 5-for-5 against the Las Vegas Strip at Ironhorse Stadium. The monster effort from the 28-year-old first baseman helped the Sacramento Ironhorse get the win, 10-1.

"We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," said Strip manager Charlie Donovan. "That's the game, though. Don't make mistakes and you'll win ballgames. Make mistakes and, well, you saw what happened today."

Ángel Barrón doubled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Roberto González in the 6th and singled in the 8th.

This season, Barrón is batting .250 with 31 home runs.
