The Salt Lake City Locusts beat the Homer Yetis, 11-9, at Derks Field. Salt Lake City second baseman Howard Garner led the way. He was 3-5 with 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 5. Mark Cahill closed out the game, earning his 5th save. So far, the 2016 season has been disappointing for Homer, now 8-12.
