Garner Lifts Locusts to 13-7 Triumph
Salt Lake City second baseman Howard Garner had a 4-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Minneapolis Millers, 13-7. The win has Salt Lake City at 10-13.

With Salt Lake City leading 5-3 in the bottom of the fifth, Garner hit a 2-run single off Minneapolis hurler Darwin McCoy. It was the 29th hit of the season for Garner and put his team ahead, 7-3.

"Every time you put a 'W' on the board is always good," said Garner.
