Minneapolis Millers starter Marcos Rodríguez was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Las Vegas Strip, 7-4. The winner was Minneapolis reliever Billy McBurie, now 2-0. The loser was Félix Brito. Dirk Veeck closed it out for his 10th save.

David Tobías took Félix Brito deep in the bottom of the second. His 2-run home run put the Millers on top, 2-0. In all, Tobías had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Tobías.

Minneapolis goes to 16-9 with the win.
