Seals Defeat Rainiers, 2-1
|
The San Francisco Seals received a sterling performance from starting pitcher Emory Burch, allowing them to shoot down the Seattle Rainiers, 2-1. The Seals, now 2-0, have stormed out of the gates.
The Seals got a clutch hit from third baseman Raúl Tamayo. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Seals.
"Emory was dynamite," said San Francisco manager Jamming Econo.
